It's my understanding that the transcript (or recording) of the 911 call is no longer publicly available. There's a finite amount of time in which the public can request it, and that time is apparently long past.
Still, anyone who had requested it when it was available could still have a copy. This could include news organizations, private citizens or... who knows? Tracking this down would be a big find... if anyone has any leads, please don't hesitate to speak up!

Wow that’s interesting! If someone has the call that could be a game changer and hold a ton of info. Did the reporters for the paper not have any leads on this ?

I’m pretty sure Freddie contacted everyone he could get a hold of about this, but there’s always the chance it’s still out there. It could even exist in public archives somewhere if it wasn’t destroyed on schedule. These things often get overlooked.
