I don’t think so. I was lucky enough to hear the episode just a couple hours ago as he was finishing it up. Sounds like it will be out shortly!
It’s pretty intense!

It’s on the website now. It might take a little while for your normal feed to pick it up. Don’t forget to come back here and tell everyone what you think, and also don’t forget to spread the word about the forum. We have a lot to talk about now!

Good podcast I’m no detective but I don’t think it was any serial killer. I’m going to listen again. But here again the mother n law comes up again. Freddie if your reading this don’t stop keep digging I appreciate what you are doing in bringing the case back to light.

This is absolutely amazing how the family is so hushed and not wanting to discuss things, but a random phone call, that they will be in danger if you do not stop. In danger from who? I always thought it was odd that they never wanted it discussed. They were so closed lipped about things. I worked at the hospital where he worked and he seemed like such a great fun loving guy. I couldn't image something like this happening to my husband and me not getting on every news channel, media outlet, newspaper I could to find, to find out the truth. It just doesn't sit right with me the way his in-laws and wife handled things. I think you should try to speak with more of Matt's side of the family...they seem to be sceptical also about how his in-laws have handled things. I hope you continue this and don't give up...someone is getting away with murder and justice needs to be served. Also, just a thought...what about speaking with a psychic/medium, I think that they could possibly shed light on things. I know everyone has different views, but they have been know to help significantly in murders. Thanks!

I thought police had ruled out the serial killer, and that phone call wow. Sounds like someone’s feathers are getting ruffled. I can’t imagine why the family has always been so hushed about this. I would want justice, not to turn a blind eye to it. It’s all very strange.

I agree with both of you that if I were ever in a similar situation, I would be the one begging someone to be doing a podcast on this, not discouraging it. Of course, we don't know the details that the family may know. Perhaps there's a very specific threat that they're aware of, and scared of... but you would hope that if that were the case they would be working with police to deal with that. If they have THAT much information, it doesn't seem like it would take 9 years to get to the bottom of this. I worked at the hospital where he worked and he seemed like such a great fun loving guy. londone : It would be great if you were to share some of your information about Matt in the thread about him in the Theories section. I haven't heard much about his life at the hospital and it would be great information. You may also know others who have even more information to share.

Did he say there was no shell casings at the scene? That’s spooky.

On the podcast, Freddy said he got a phone call from someone saying that the family could be in danger, etc. Does Freddy know who this person is that called him, or did they call him anonymously? That part confused me so much. I love the podcast, and he is doing such a great job bringing this case back to people's attention. I'm not sure why I just wanna know if he knows who called him, IF it was a family member... Was it from his wife/inlaws side.. or his biological family?

Did he say there was no shell casings at the scene? That’s spooky. This is a huge deal if it’s true. Unfortunately, the only people who actually know for sure that it is true would be the people who investigated the scene and the killer himself (or herself). It makes me almost wish that this was an official cold case, just so that some of the police department’s evidence could be considered and evaluated by other organizations and investigators. Fresh eyes could make a big difference.

With respect to all the questions and comments and private messages about that phone call at the end of the episode, let me say this:
Freddie does know the identity of the caller. They made no effort to hide this information. There’s been more than one call, from different people, encouraging him to not look into things any further. He is choosing to not publicly release their identities at this point as this would only further inflame the situation, but the calls themselves are well documented and he feels their existence should be a part of the podcast conversation. He attempts to be as transparent as possible.
