Unforgotten Podcast - Q & A #2 - Walkthrough Join Freddie Wilson and myself for an informal discussion of the events that took place the night of the murder. He has graciously offered to allow me to walk through my understanding of the events of that night, answering my questions and correcting my mistakes. For those listeners who like to break things down to the smallest detail, this will be an opportunity to get into the weeds of that night as the media reported it. I think we will be recording this tonight, tomorrow at the latest, with an intention to release it on the weekend if possible.
Last chance for any more questions you might like to get in!

The episode is on its way... should be out in an hour or two. For those already deeply familiar with the case there might not be much new here, but for the more casual listener I believe it might paint a more complete image of the night.
Please let me know what I got wrong and what was overlooked! All comments and criticism is sincerely appreciated.

So from this questionings it seems we have more questions, like how did all this occur in the amount of time recorded, but no shell casings (all picked up), not bloody footprints leading out of the house(scene covered in blood), suspect doing extensive damage and cleaning up, and leaving in the small amount of time before police were on the scene.

Another question I have is does or did the property have a privacy fence across the back. In googling some of the properties in the neighborhood have these. In saying that the perp would have to exit the property toward the front unless they could jump a 6 or 7 ft fence. Just a thought

There was no fence in the Stewart’s backyard (you can see at 1:51 in this footage: www.youtube.com/watch?v=28cSjaNnxSw ) The houses across the street did have fences at the time (I assume they are still there now but not sure).

Just a quick correction/clarification to the episode:
A close reading of the 911 report along with the incident report seems to indicate that there were two officers on the scene at the 4 minute mark, but it appears they arrived in the same car. This may have been a training situation, or possibly routine, it's hard to tell. I'm leaning towards training since the junior officer of the two appears to have been a school resource officer at the time. (Assuming the police abbreviation of SRO does not have multiple meanings.)
We don't know what time a second squad car showed up as the 911 report does not include pages 2-4, which would have contained the rest of the radio log. I'm assuming that this information is not subject to FOIA or it would have been included.
