If Brenda’s car was already parked at the house, no one heard gun shots, screaming or anything while Matt was brutally murdered (including the guy in the latest episode with his windows open), .... isn’t it possible that Matt was murdered at a secondary location and possibly Brenda drove his body to his home and it was staged to look like he was murdered at home, that could explain how messy the crime scene was , to make it appear like something violent happened in the house, could someone have shot Angel in the hand to make the story fit, knowing it wouldn’t really hurt her. It could explain why the 3 year old stayed asleep, for in fact nothing occurred in the house at all? Explains why Police found no trace of the killer or killers escape route.

I already thought the exact same thing even before this episode

IF that were the case, seems like there would be very significant evidence found in her car, and no way an arrest wouldn't have been made. you can't overlook all that blood.

Interesting theory but it begs the question, how would they have gotten his body inside without anyone noticing? Also, it would be difficult to move a dead body due to the weight. There are reports of bullets (not casings) recovered at the scene as well. Not sure if that is verified or not but, if so I think we are back to a silencer.

nicoleashley1754I have definitely entertained this theory from time to time, that Matt was killed somewhere else and later brought to the scene. I think the rest of Lucy's interview in the coming episode will probably lead folks away from this theory, that the attack occurred somewhere other than in the bedroom/bathroom. That said, as Lucy herself admits, her testimony only what she remembers hearing from the family shortly after the murder. She herself isn't claiming to have seen anything. Like curious1982 and others have said, I think there would have been way too much evidence if a transportation did occur. Across all the testimonies I've heard, both aired and unaired, there are a lot of discrepancies and contradictions, however, the way the bathroom looked is not one of them. That has been very consistent.

They impounded her car and went over it with a fine tooth comb if they would have done this there would definitely been evidence there to prove it

Brenda’s car was not in the driveway at the time Angel had gone across the street to call 911. Brenda pulled into the driveway and the police pulled her out of the car and was told she wasn’t going inside because they had a hostage situation going on. The police took her where the barricade was. That is why she was at the house where she tried to use the cell phone to make that $300 call.
